By registering merchant credentials or provisioning device licenses on the Ai Tech Locker cloud infrastructure ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Master Terms. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between your enterprise and Ai Tech Locker.
Ai Tech Locker grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license to deploy client lock agents onto devices for lawful retail installment compliance. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary lock firmware binary without express written consent.
Merchants are required to provide clear disclosure to end-consumers regarding the existence of the remote device management profile prior to final retail transaction execution.
Ai Tech Locker guarantees 99.9% uptime for core lock dispatch and webhook verification APIs, backed by global redundant cloud instances.
